Reservations & Cancellations
To ensure your place on one of our expeditions, we require full payment of the expedition price (Visa/Mastercard or direct e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org ). Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you confirmation of your reservation, expedition information and a suggested equipment/clothing list. Due to the nature of operating in wilderness areas, prices are subject to change. Wild Heart Adventures reserves the right to cancel any expedition. Should this occur, a full refund with apply if you cannot reschedule. In the event that you should cancel with more than 60 days written notice to us before the trip commences, a full refund less $250 per person administration fee will apply. Cancellation received 59-31 days prior to the trip departure date will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 30 days of the trip departure date, we will retain the full amount unless you can find a replacement. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance for your protection in the event of illness. Cancellation insurance is available through a variety of providers (ie. worldnomads.ca or bcaa.com ) and is available only at the time of registration.
