Reservations & Cancellations


To ensure your place on one of our expeditions, we require 50% deposit of the expedition price (and or full payment within 60 days of trip start) by on line bookng via Visa/Mastercard or direct e-transfer to Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you confirmation of your reservation, expedition information and a suggested equipment/clothing list.

Due to the nature of operating in wilderness areas, prices are subject to change. Wild Heart Adventures reserves the right to cancel any expedition. Should this occur, a full refund will apply if you cannot reschedule.

In the event that ‘you’ should cancel with more than 60 days written notice to us before the trip commences, a full refund less $250 per person administration fee will apply. Cancellation received 59-31 days prior to the trip departure date will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 30 days of the trip departure date, we will retain the full amount unless you can find a replacement. We do not refund trips in the case of client illness, accident, natural disaster or global/domestic travel restrictions.

For your protection we strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation and comprehensive travel health insurance prior to leaving for your trip, in the event of illness, accident, natural disaster or global/domestic travel restrictions. Cancellation insurance is available through a variety of providers (ie. or ).
